As a Solar Installer, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of providing clean, sustainable energy to homes, businesses, and communities throughout the tri-state region and beyond. Responsibilities Install, assemble, and mount solar PV racking systems, panels, and inverters Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar installations Conduct site visits and assessments to determine optimal placement and layout of panel arrays Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installation and maintenance activities Troubleshoot and repair solar energy systems as needed Assist in the commissioning and testing of installed systems
