Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Due to continued growth and strong referral relationships, we are seeking a skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated surgeon who values high-quality outcomes, efficient workflows, and advanced implant dentistry. The scope of practice includes complex dentoalveolar surgery, full-arch implant rehabilitation, bone grafting, sinus lifts, pathology, and other technically demanding procedures. Our modern facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, supporting advanced digital workflows, precision-guided implant placement, and efficient surgical planning. You’ll be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding surgical care. The incoming surgeon will step into a full schedule on day one, supported by strong referral networks and consistent patient demand. Responsibilities Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, including: Third-molar extractions Dental implant placement Bone grafting and ridge augmentation Oral pathology and biopsies Management of oral infections and minor trauma Administer local anesthesia and IV sedation (as permitted by state regulations) Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning Provide post-operative care and follow-up Maintain accurate clinical documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and specialists Qualifications DDS or DMD degree Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency Active state dental license (or eligibility) Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery IV sedation permit (or eligibility to obtain) Experience with full-arch implants / Same Day Teeth preferred Skills & Attributes Strong surgical and clinical judgment Ability to thrive in a high-volume private practice environment Excellent communication and chairside manner Patient-focused and team-oriented mindset Comfortable with digital implant workflows and guided surgery Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation (salary and/or production-based) Sign-on bonus Pathway to partnership Full benefits package (medical, vision, dental, EAP) Annual CE allowance Licensure and DEA expenses covered Malpractice insurance covered ADA, state, and professional dues covered Mentorship program Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $300,000 - $900,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
