Job Description:Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Neurologist - Outpatient Opportunity Near the Gulf Coast Specialty: Neurology (2026 and 2027 residents accepted)Location: AlabamaPractice Setting: 100% OutpatientSalary: $260,000-$300,000 annuallyVisa Sponsorship: H-1B and J-1 eligibleNew Graduates: Welcome to applyPosition Overview We are seeking a Neurologist to join a well-established outpatient practice near the Gulf Coast.This role is focused exclusively on ambulatory care, offering a predictable schedule with no inpatient responsibilities.The position provides an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and new graduates looking to build a long-term outpatient neurology practice in a supportive and growing medical community.Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of neurological conditions, including: Headaches and migraines Epilepsy and seizure disorders Stroke follow-up care Movement disorders Peripheral neuropathy Multiple sclerosis Cognitive and memory disorders Perform comprehensive neurological examinations and develop individualized treatment plans Interpret diagnostic studies such as EEGs, EMGs, MRIs, and CT scans, as applicable Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Educate and counsel patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and disease management xibtplm Adhere to established clinical guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsQualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Neurology residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology Active or eligible medical license in the state of Alabama DEA registration or eligibility Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skillsAdditional Requirements Must maintain appropriate state licensure and certifications
