Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Center, IN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the property. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, conducting repairs, overseeing equipment functionality, maintaining HVAC systems, painting, and general upkeep. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and providing excellent service to guests and team members. Qualifications Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairsExperience with HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenanceBasic skills in general repair tasks such as painting, carpentry, and equipment upkeepKnowledge of safety standards and compliance regulationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentEffective communication and customer service skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plusPrior experience in hospitality or property maintenance is preferred
