Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Controls Engineer located in Du Bois, PA. The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems for manufacturing equipment. Key responsibilities include developing and troubleshooting process control systems, working with electrical and motion control systems, programming and integrating robotic systems, and ensuring operational efficiency through effective troubleshooting. Team collaboration and continuous development are integral to this role as the engineer will contribute to innovative solutions for client-specific challenges. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Process Control and Motion Control systemsProficiency in Electrical Engineering with expertise in designing and implementing control circuitsSkilled in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for control systems and manufacturing equipmentExperience in Robotics and working with automation solutionsAbility to work effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearlyBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with PLC programming and HMI design is a plusPrior experience in the powder metallurgy or thermal processing industries is advantageous
