You’ll work closely with outreach teams and law enforcement to assess, diagnose, and support homeless individuals with mental health needs especially those resistant to services. Work Locations: · JFK International Airport · LaGuardia Airport . · World Trade Center (Oculus Transportation Hub) on-site Key Responsibilities: · Conduct mental health assessments for homeless individuals · Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting · Assist in placing individuals into appropriate care facilities · Develop strategies to engage highly resistant homeless populations · Participate in facility sweeps and document: Location, Type of incident, Time, Outcome · Submit weekly reports · Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided Required Qualifications: Education: · Minimum BSN , with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health · PMHNP certification required Licensure: · Active NY or NJ RN License · NP license where applicable Certifications: · PMH-BC™ or PMHNP-BC™ (ANCC) Additional Mandatory Requirements · Active DEA License · Valid NPI Number · Board Certification (copy required) · Own Malpractice Insurance · Sex Offender Background Clearance About Health Saviours Health Saviours At Health Saviours, we are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry by providing top-notch staffing solutions to meet the evolving needs of healthcare facilities and professionals across the USA.
