Business Development Specialist

We are partnering with a leading U.S. industrial solutions manufacturer to hire a hungry, motivated technical business development specialist. This person is responsible for opening doors, creating demand, and converting complex opportunities in heavy equipment environments while supporting Market Managers. If you are curious by nature, multilingual, and confident in selling engineered-solutions involving large equipment, this role offers international travel, growth opportunities, and long-term stability. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement consultative sales strategiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesMaintain and grow relationships with existing clientsPrepare and deliver presentations to potential clientsTravel as necessary QualificationsAssociate's degree in Engineering or Business5+ years sales/sales support experienceMultilingual: fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese (preferably)Experience studying/living/working abroad Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and presentation skills Compensation: 75-85K OTE
