Enterprise Architect – Cloud & Platform ArchitectureLocation : Irvine, California, United States (Hybrid)Experience Required8–16 years overall IT experience; 5–7+ years in cloud/platform architecture; experience with governance and landing zone patternsIt is permanent Full time role (NO contractors)Hiring only US citizen / Green card holder / GC-EAD / TN visa holderSkills RequiredStrong experience in cloud and platform architecture (hybrid/multi-cloud)Experience designing enterprise cloud foundations (landing zones, guardrails, workload onboarding)Understanding of scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and performance designKnowledge of hub-spoke networking patterns, private connectivity, and segmentationExperience with RBAC, privileged access patterns, and baseline security controlsFamiliarity with policy-driven governance approachesUnderstanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and automation patternsMonitoring/observability architecture for centralized logging and alertingAwareness of cost optimization/FinOps concepts and tagging standardsResponsibilitiesLead design of cloud landing zone architecture: subscription hierarchy, environment segregation (dev/test/prod), standardized onboarding, and scalable guardrailsDefine identity and access architecture for cloud: RBAC, privileged access patterns (e.g., just-in-time), and separation of dutiesArchitect enterprise networking patterns (hub-and-spoke, hybrid connectivity, private endpoints) and standardized segmentationDefine governance and security baselines using policy-driven controls and enterprise monitoring/security patternsEstablish platform observability architecture (central logging, metrics, alerting) and integrate security monitoring patternsDrive implementation strategy thinking: assessment/planning for landing zones, workload migration suitability, and scalability planningEvolve platform foundation toward automation and governance-as-code practices; embed operational controls and cost-awareness principlesDefine reference architectures and golden patterns for application teams to accelerate safe deliverySupport architecture reviews and ensure cloud solutions align with enterprise architecture direction#J-18808-Ljbffr
