Production Supervisor

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day production line activities, with a focus on maximizing efficiency, upholding safety protocols, and ensuring our output consistently meets top-tier quality benchmarks. Core Responsibilities Direct and organize everyday manufacturing tasks to ensure all output targets and timeframes are achieved. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly enforcing all safety policies. Oversee manufacturing workflows and modify production timelines as needed to boost overall productivity. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance assessments to staff members to help them grow their professional capabilities. Work alongside various internal teams to improve operational flow and address any manufacturing challenges. Keep precise documentation of key performance indicators and provide regular updates to leadership. Drive initiatives for ongoing process refinement to improve product standards and minimize material loss. Required Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is required, while a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline is considered a plus. Demonstrated history of success in a supervisory or equivalent capacity within a production setting. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing workflows and quality assurance requirements. Strong capabilities in leading teams and managing personnel. Ability to interpret performance data to make strategic decisions that drive operational success. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Competency in utilizing Microsoft Office programs and specialized production management software.
