This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to work independently, manage core close functions, and proactively resolve accounting issues.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute month-end close processesPrepare and post recurring journal entriesPerform account reconciliationsDraft financial statementsAssist with Excel-based consolidationsIdentify and resolve accounting discrepancies independentlyRequired QualificationsStrong technical accounting backgroundExperience supporting month-end close in fast-paced environmentsComfortable working in Excel-heavy settingsTech-savvy with the ability to learn new ERP systems quickly (Syspro preferred)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionNice to HavePrior experience supporting post-acquisition or integration environmentsExperience mentoring or guiding junior team members
