Despite our national reach, we remain proudly family-owned, grounded in the same values we were built on — integrity, experience, and excellence!We're looking for a motivated and highly dependable individual to join our fabrication facility in Mesa, AZ as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you'll play an essential part in supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.Position Skills:Operate machinery to assist in the production processAssist in the loading of vinyl fence materials to the production linesInspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are metAssemble materials as required for pickup or shippingAssist with lifting, carrying and moving heavy materials as neededCommunicate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesQualifications:Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred; training provided for the right candidateComfortable working with production equipment and machinery (CNC router, chop saw, etc)Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and defect detectionAble to work independently and stay productivePhysically capable of lifting and moving up to 60 lbsPrior experience operating a forklift is a plusBenefits & Perks:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)Paid holidaysStable, full-time opportunity with a growing companyWe're committed to more than just getting the job done—we invest in our people.
