Finance Intern

Our solutions are validated by thousands of real-world incidents under the most stressful conditions and are deployed across the United States and internationally to protect schools, businesses, hospitals, and other critical infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesAs a Finance Intern at CRG, you will gain direct exposure to the financial operations of a complex organization. Working closely with the VP of Finance, your responsibilities will include: Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with budget development, variance analysis, and financial forecasting Conduct research and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making Help maintain and reconcile financial records in accordance with organizational policies Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries as needed Participate in audit preparation and internal controls documentation Analyze financial data and present findings through dashboards, summaries, and briefings Support contract review processes and track financial deliverables across projects Contribute to ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as directed by theQualifications Required Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Finance,Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Strong academic record Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism anddiscretion Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Prior internship or work experience in finance, accounting, or a related field Familiarity with financial software platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Interest or background in government, defense, emergency management, or public sector finance Knowledge of federal contracting, grant management, or government accounting standards (a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic financial modeling)Hourly Rate: $20.0020 hours a week
