With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward.Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager - Consumer Solutions Business Unit Finance is an experienced individual responsible for leading complex financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities in support of key business objectives for the Consumer business. This role exercises sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and influences decision-making through data-driven insights and strong business partnership. The role is expected to independently own major planning processes, develop financial frameworks, and provide strategic and operational finance support to senior business stakeholders. This position will have no people management responsibility and is expected to provide functional leadership, and guidance to cross-functional partners.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.57+ years of progressive finance experience, with demonstrated growth in scope and complexity; prior experience supporting Business Unit/Supply Chain Operations preferredStrong knowledge of product COGS, Inventory Management, product cost savings preferredSkills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling and scenario analysisStrong working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance managementProven ability to independently manage complex deliverables and multiple priorities with minimal supervisionDemonstrated experience translating complex financial data into clear, concise insights for senior and executive-level audiencesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence without authorityTrack record of process improvement, control enhancement, and analytical rigorHigh attention to detail combined with the ability to operate at a strategic levelPreferred:MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced finance credentialExperience in revenue, pricing, margin, or go-to-market focused organizationsFamiliarity with enterprise financial systems and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar platforms)Background in technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, or consumer electronics industriesExperience leading or mentoring finance team membersKnowledge of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and financial compliance frameworksExposure to strategic planning and business development initiativesAdditional InformationSandisk is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees and will not discriminate against any applicant or employee based on their race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, medical condition, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, genetic information, protected medical and family care leave, Civil Air Patrol status, military and veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.
