Advertising Account Executive
Account Executive You keep the wheels turning and the clients confident. What You’ll Actually Do Be the Client’s Go-To Build a real understanding of each client’s business, challenges, inventory, and goals — then keep learning as they evolve. Support the Account Supervisor with meeting prep, decks, and presentations that don’t put people to sleep. Maintain consistent, proactive client communication — updates, follow-ups, problem-solving, and yes, the occasional fire drill. Make sure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in what we’re doing and why. Bring Campaigns to Life Help turn ideas into integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, mobile, print, OOH, collateral, and events. Organize and prioritize marketing objectives so execution stays smooth (even when things move fast — which they will). Manage day-to-day campaign details and ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and on strategy. Collaborate closely with Creative and Media to hit deadlines and keep internal + client communication clean and clear. Own the Details (Without Needing Hand-Holding) Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Juggle multiple clients and campaigns while keeping priorities straight. Proactively manage tasks within our project management platform — no chasing required. Spot issues early, solve problems calmly, and sweat the details without losing the big picture. Think Strategically, Not Just Tactically Monitor campaign performance and help prepare reports with real insights (not just numbers on a page). Stay plugged into automotive and marketing trends to help inform smarter client strategies. What We’re Looking For The Basics Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred). 2–4 years of account management experience — agency experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without panicking. Experience across traditional and digital media channels (TV, radio, digital, social). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). The Intangibles That Matter A motivated, critical thinker who looks for solutions instead of excuses. Someone who can work independently and collaboratively without ego. Detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to speak up when something doesn’t add up. Bonus Points Automotive advertising or marketing experience.
