Customer Support / Parts CoordinatorLocation: Peachtree City, GA (Onsite – Local Candidates Only) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Compensation: Approx. $60K Base Salary (DOE – Flexible)OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join a growing team in Peachtree City, GA. This role supports customers with parts inquiries, quoting, order coordination, and service scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing/product-based environment.This is not a call center role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a small office setting, takes ownership of customer issues, communicates well, and has hands-on experience using CRM and ERP systems as part of their daily responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and emails regarding parts, pricing, availability, and order statusPrepare and process parts quotations using ERP and CRM systemsEnter and manage customer orders accurately in company systemsCoordinate service scheduling and follow-up activities through CRM toolsManage RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and related documentationCollaborate closely with internal departments including sales, operations, and service teamsMaintain strong follow-through to ensure customer issues are resolved completelyDocument customer interactions, updates, and order activity within CRM/ERP systemsSupport customers in identifying and purchasing replacement partsRequired Qualifications3–5 years of customer support, customer service, inside sales support, or account coordination experienceBackground supporting physical products such as manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, mechanical, or related industriesExperience working in a small company or team-oriented environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with excellent follow-up and multitasking abilitiesProven job stability and consistent performance historyHands-on daily experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systemsCritical RequirementCandidates must clearly demonstrate:Which CRM/ERP systems or tools they have usedHow those systems were used daily (order entry, tracking, quoting, documentation, scheduling, customer follow-up, etc.)Candidates without direct system usage tied to daily responsibilities will not be considered.Preferred ExperienceManufacturing, industrial, or automotive industry backgroundExperience supporting parts sales, quoting, or order managementMechanical or electrical aptitudeComfortable working in an office/desk/phone support environmentIdeal Candidate ProfileLocal to Peachtree City or South Atlanta areaResponsive, detail-oriented, and dependableStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departmentsAble to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer serviceBenefits100% Employer-Paid Health InsuranceMatching 401(k)Strong PTO PackageStable Monday–Friday Day Shift ScheduleSmall Team Environment with High Visibility and OwnershipInterview ProcessTeams InterviewOnsite Interview
