Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Orlando, FL. The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, maintaining compliance with industry standards, optimizing processes for efficiency, and addressing challenges to ensure operational success. Qualifications Operational and project management skills, including workforce supervision, scheduling, and task delegationStrong organizational, time management, and leadership skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilities to ensure smooth execution of projectsKnowledge of the construction industry and rebar installation is highly preferredAbility to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholdersProficiency in using project management tools and softwareBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or relevant field preferredExperience in fast-track construction projects is a strong advantage
