Technical Customer Service Representative

Job Description Client Consultation: Meeting with clients (in-person, phone, email) to define project scope for signs, screen printing, or embroidery.Quoting & Estimating: Preparing accurate quotes using shop management software or Excel.Artwork Management: Collecting artwork files, validating file types, and saving them to designated job folders.Order Entry & Coordination: Entering detailed specifications into the computer and tracking order status.Correspondence: Managing email communications back and forth to ensure quote & design approvals.- Skills needed... Some Trained.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).High attention to detail (crucial for custom orders).Computer proficiency and experience with POS or CRM systems.Basic knowledge of signs, screen printing, or embroidery techniques.
