The position is expected to provide coverage approximately three to four days per week within a gated new-construction community, serving as a consistent and professional on-site presence for buyers, agents, and visitors. The role involves greeting visitors, conducting property tours, assisting with community events and open houses, following up with leads, and supporting the overall client experience throughout the sales process. The Community Agent will work closely with The Gideon Group™ to help maintain presentation standards, assist with day-to-day community operations, and provide exceptional service to prospective buyers and agents visiting the development.Additional responsibilities include maintaining CRM communication, coordinating visitor activity, and staying informed on inventory, builder updates, and market trends.
