Project Manager - Small & Special ProjectsLocation: Milwaukee County, WIOverviewSeeking a Project Manager to lead small and special construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executionPrepare proposals, estimates, and project plans to support successful deliveryCollaborate with business development, estimating, and operations on pursuits and strategiesCoordinate permits, site visits, and early project feasibility effortsLead communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsMonitor project progress, manage scope changes, and control costsReview invoices, issue contracts/change orders, and oversee job financialsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)Project Management certification preferred4-6 years of construction project management experienceSkillsStrong knowledge of construction drawings, codes, and building processesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentLeadership and team development skillsWillingness to travel to job sites; valid driver's license requiredBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocation
