Position DescriptionAbout the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead department-level and complex, enterprise-wide technology and transformation initiatives. You'll own and drive a portfolio of projects from concept through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects land on time and within scope. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity, improving processes, and knows how to get things done in a dynamic environment. This position reports to the Director of the Project Management Organization within the IT & Transformation Office.What You'll DoLead end-to-end project management for enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeoutDefine project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors.Support software selection processes, including guiding business leadership in the decision-making processDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgetsIdentify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate issues appropriatelyDrive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processesFacilitate requirements gathering and documentation with business and technical teamsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and project outcomesCommunicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levelsCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams across multiple locationsOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Position RequirementsQ What You BringA bachelors degree or equivalent experienceRequires 7+ years of professional experience with minimum of 3+ years of project management experience with a track record of delivering complex department-level and enterprise-scale projectsStrong background in technology and IT projects (software implementations, infrastructure, digital transformation, etc.)Demonstrated experience in change management, helping organizations adopt new tools, processes, or systemsSolid skills in requirements definition and translating business needs into actionable project plansExperience driving process improvement initiativesExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguityExcellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience with Project tracking software such as Smartsheet or Microsoft ProjectPMP, PgMP, or similar project management certificationBackground in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologiesTravelTravel for this position is up to 20% and will consist of overnight staysPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
