Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Boston, MA. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations by handling clerical tasks, managing communications, maintaining schedules, assisting with monthly marketing initiatives and providing executive administrative assistance. The role includes answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations while assisting team members as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and handling general office tasksStrong Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skillsExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance and managing schedulesDemonstrated Clerical Skills, including document organization and record-keepingExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesProficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyPrevious experience in an architectural or design firm is a plus
