About Lilium LLC Lilium LLC is a growing woman-owned environmental consulting firm specializing in federal environmental services, remediation, compliance, and program management. While headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, we are actively expanding our presence throughout New England and seeing a talented Program Manager to help support that growth. What You'll Do Managed day-to-day operations across multiple environmental projects Coordinate with federal clients, subcontractors, and internal staff Help develop and improve company systems and processes Assist with proposals, contract administration and compliance Track budgets, schedules, deliverables and project performance Support business development efforts through New England Travel occasionally (approximately 10%-20%) for client meetings, conferences and project kick-offs What We're Looking For: Required: 5+ years of operations, program, or project management experience Exceptional organization and communication skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Preferred: Experience with federal government contracts Environmental consulting, engineering, construction or regulatory background Familiarity with EPA, USACE,NAVFAC, DoD, or other federal agencies Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus Why Join Lilium?
