We strive to fulfill this mission by following our Core Values of Safety, Individual Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Growth, and Commitment.Come and surround yourself with talented and professional individuals who have also taken the next step of making a difference in someone's life.You would not only have a great and dedicated team to work with, but you may also be eligible to take advantage of a comprehensive benefits plan which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), legal and PTO.Job Summary: Performs advanced administrative tasks using a computer, coordinates office operations for the Job Corps center, and uses sound judgment to resolve administrative issues while following established policies and Core Values.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmDuties/Responsibilities:Prepare and format professional business correspondence, including letters, memorandums, reports, and charts using modern computer applicationsDraft and compose routine communications for leadership review and signature with accuracy and attention to detailIndependently generate and maintain recurring reports to support organizational operationsManage electronic communications by sending, receiving, and organizing email messages efficientlyPerform routine system backup procedures to ensure data integrity and securityMaintain a secure and organized environment for computer equipment, data files, and office suppliesCoordinate and participate in meetings and conferences by preparing materials, taking detailed notes, and sharing key informationSupport management with planning and executing special events and initiativesEstablish, maintain, and safeguard confidential files and records in compliance with organizational standardsMonitor inventory and order office supplies and equipment as needed to ensure smooth daily operationsRequirementsQualifications:Minimum: Must have a High School diploma.Preferred: Minimum plus Job Corps experience.Knowledge:Able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong and accurate typing skillsAbility to take clear and timely dictationProficient in Microsoft Office and general computer useSolid understanding of office procedures and strong organizational skillsProfessional and effective communication with the public and officialsStrong phone etiquetteAttention to detail with the ability to proofread and correct errors
