Employment Law Paralegal (Remote)

Your contributions will include:Partnering with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and key case filingsConducting in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategyDrafting and managing discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for AdmissionsPreparing trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparationReviewing and managing document productions, including redaction and Bates stampingDrafting preservation of evidence and document request lettersCoordinating medical record collection, processing HIPAA authorizations, and summarizing records for case useSupporting overall case management and contributing to a high-performing legal teamWhy Join Kaufman DolowichYou will be part of a collaborative, high-energy legal support team that values initiative, precision, and professional growth. Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
