Assistant Manager
We are searching for a perceptive, creative administrative leader to oversee office operations and administrative staff members. The administrative leader will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. To succeed as an administrative, you should be focused on attracting and retaining top talent and streamlining office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing costs. You should be analytical, knowledgeable, and organized with a proactive attitude and strong leadership skills.Public Relations Responsibilities: ? Administrative Support: Provision of adequate Human Resource, Office utilities, Logistics arrangements, Facilities maintenance, Tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action , Conduct of Timely Meetings, Vendor Management, issuing of necessary Orders, Circulars & Notices, Monitoring the work of outsourced staff – ? Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc. for staff. ? Record Management: Maintenance of Company Records (Certificate of Incorporation, MOA, AOA, Share Certificates, Board Meeting Minutes), chronological records with segregation and grading of top priority correspondences, Classification of Files, Documentation, Archives etc. – ? Liaison and Coordination: Liaison with Govt. Departments and Ministry for the compilation, circulation and dissemination of required information. ? Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the office. ? Undertake various Ops initiatives to drive efficiency and cost reduction ? Building and maintaining the Office premise as per standards managing the admin expenses through various initiatives in line with budget expenses Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen. ? Keeping the highest safety standards across the office premise and ensures a safe, secure, and well- maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
