Facilities Technician 3 - Master Plumber

The Facilities Plumber performs facility plumbing duties at assigned facilities. Installs, inspects, repairs maintains & tests site wide plumbing infrastructure. Responsible for task assignment, having proper tools and materials to complete tasks and safety huddles. Advises facilities supervisor/manager of any issues pertaining to operation of infrastructure. Responds to maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner. Assist with all aspects of facility maintenance.Position Responsibilities:Respond to maintenance issues - reactive maintenanceMaintain accurate and complete departmental recordsAssist management in scheduling facility projectsEvaluate, maintain and modify facility related maintenance issues to resolve potential interruption of servicePerform preventive, predictive and proactive maintenanceCoordination of task assignments during and between shift changesMaintain the company's inventory of general hardware, supplies, tools, and parts for facilities vehicles and equipmentManage the ordering process of supplies of parts for routine maintenance and special repairs on facilities vehicles and equipmentPerform repairs/maintenance of facilities and equipmentAssist as needed with in-field repairs and maintenanceMaintain accurate service records on plumbing infrastructureDevelop an overall preventative maintenance program for plumbing infrastructure.
