ML Data Operations Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead & Quality Expert (TLQE) on a contract basis to lead and govern high‑impact data collection projects supporting machine learning model development (speech, vision, motion, and gesture‑based studies).This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can quickly take ownership, drive quality standards, and partner effectively with clients and cross‑functional teams.Scope of ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end delivery and quality outcomes for assigned data collection projectsLead day‑to‑day project execution, team coordination, and quality governanceEnsure compliance with collection protocols, policies, and client expectationsConduct quality audits, review outputs, and drive corrective actionsManage stakeholder and client communications, ensuring timely issue resolutionProactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and support process improvementsMentor and guide project associates to meet quality, productivity, and compliance goalsRequired Experience & Skills6–8+ years of experience in data operations, quality management, or project/program leadershipProven ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes in fast‑paced, execution‑driven environmentsStrong analytical skills and attention to detail with a quality-first mindsetComfort working in command-line / technical environmentsStrong proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and SlidesExcellent communication skills with experience interacting with clients and senior stakeholdersAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within defined timelinesContract DetailsContract role with clear delivery ownership and performance expectationsOpportunity to work on cutting-edge ML data initiativesFast onboarding with immediate impact
