About The RoleThe Software Engineer - Full Stack role builds and operates user-facing products across the application stack, from responsive web interfaces to backend services and data integrations. The team works primarily with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, with cloud infrastructure supporting reliable, high-volume customer workflows.You will own meaningful product areas end to end: translating requirements into technical designs, shipping tested features, and improving performance, security, and observability in production. The role is remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates based in Denver, CO.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and ship full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and REST or GraphQL APIsBuild reliable backend services and data models with PostgreSQL, Redis, and event-driven integrationsCreate accessible, responsive interfaces and reusable frontend components that work across modern browsers and devicesOwn features through the complete delivery cycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production supportImprove application performance, reliability, and security using profiling, automated monitoring, logging, and alertingWrite unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and PlaywrightParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call or incident-response processes while documenting technical decisionsWhat We Are Looking For3–8 years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production web applicationsStrong proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript and hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development practicesProduction experience developing backend services with Node.js, Python, Java, or a comparable languageSolid understanding of relational databases, SQL, API design, authentication, and distributed systems fundamentalsExperience deploying and operating applications in a cloud environment such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including CI/CD workflows and containerized servicesBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: experience with GraphQL, Kubernetes, mobile development, infrastructure as code, event streaming platforms, or design systems
