Essential Functions/Duties: Answer phone calls and emails for quotations and sales orders directly from customers or sent in by the Outside Sales TeamAchieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service. Following up with Customers on Leads, Check ins, Quotes, Order updates, Product updates, etc.Assisting in marketing effortsPurchasing and negotiating pricing on buyouts from vendorsAssist in arranging order shipments to customers and stock transfers to other locationsAssist in inventory management and maintaining stock at our other stock points and Manufacturer Rep locationsAbility to help in the warehouse on an as-needed basis Experience 2+ years' experience in inbound support / sales or purchasing (preferred)Experience in the Oil and Gas or with Valves/ Flow Control products is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent related experienceProficiency in MS Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience with Quickbooks is a plusExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized and disciplinedFluency in Chinese is a plusCompensation Compensation based upon level of experience and capabilities.
