This position maintains a 3-part strategic focus:HP/CDW Windows Desktops/Notebooks/Workstations salesAll Segment SMB, Commercial, Public Sector salesApple Compete leadThis person will also be responsible for the rapid execution of opportunity pricing to enable CDW to increase HP/Microsoft speed-to-price competitiveness.Location: US Spring, TX (Houston area)What Will You Do?This is an on-campus, in-office role based at the HP campus in Spring, TXAct as Sales HP/MS Liaison between HP & CDW to help manage Windows Deals funnelSupport deal pricing & management on HP/CDW Windows quotesDeal/Pricing Escalation Manager to help prioritize HP/MS/CDW speed to priceFacilitates HP/CDW Sales engagement on Windows opportunitiesHP/CDW/MS Acquisition lead (Project Arrow, Project Spotlight)Acts as Subject Matter Expert on HP/MS Solutions and Sales Enablement ProgramsApple Compete initiative leadProvides Sales analytics on HP/MS/CDW Business (funnel, win/loss, SWOT analysis)Drive HP Windows share at and through CDW and its partnersBe the single point of contact of all HP Personal Systems (PC) pricing at the partnerAlign with HP PS Category on pricing strategyIn business development capacity, engage with Microsoft Alliance partner channel management to drive strategic plans through the partnerProvide partner feedback to Microsoft Alliance channel management and assist with program tuning to better meet partner GTM needsUse data to drive planning and success and leverage monthly dashboard to track progress vs. targets, identify opportunities for process improvementWork within HP's partner IQ system for the creation of product configurations and price quotesManage opportunity/deal pricing and escalationsPrepare and present regularly scheduled project performance reviews quarterly/yearly with key HP, Microsoft, and partner stakeholdersSuccessfully utilize, navigate, and improve CPM processes to execute speed-to-price objectivesWhat Will You Need to Succeed?RequiredExperience using CPQ and pricing platforms in a B2B or partner channel environment (e.g., HP Partner IQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Conga CPQ, Pricefx, Zilliant, or similar)Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsHigh attention to detail, particularly in pricing accuracy and technical configurationProficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work with structured data and reportingAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and proactively drive changePreferredExperience in channel sales, business operations, or sales supportBackground in technology or commercial sales environmentsProficiency with Power BI or similar analytics toolsWorking knowledge of Microsoft-based PC and Personal Compute platformsExposure to project or portfolio management (PPM) methodologiesWhat We Offer:Structured learning and career development programsMental health programGenerous Paid Time Off policyPaid medical leaveChild/Dependent care reimbursementEducation reimbursement401k match, hardship loan program, access to financial wellness advisorComprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and visionCompensation Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00The salary range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually.
