This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in banking projects, with strong expertise in IT QA, functional testing, and software development lifecycle methodologies.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in banking projects.Strong knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.Seasoned understanding of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.), metrics, automated testing frameworks, and industry testing standards.Solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports.Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.Strong knowledge in Client ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools such as Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI or similar tools.Must have worked in the banking or financial domain.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with Agile Way of Working.Experience with Client ALM.Experience in functional testing.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead testing efforts for banking projects, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software applications.Company Benefits & CultureCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Inclusive and collaborative work environment.
