Cloud Support Analysts Level I

AERMOR is hiring a Cloud Support Analysts Level I that will provide technical assistance and cloud-based support and maintain a knowledge base of frequently encountered cloud application issues and their solutions, as well as share best practices with the team. The selected individual will encompass maintaining and managing cloud infrastructure, testing system integrity, and devising proactive solutions to minimize downtime.Responsibilities Include: Supports cloud designs, plans, and integrates cloud computing and virtualization systems by providing specific, detailed information for hardware and software selection, cloud service provider selection, implementation techniques, application and data migration techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements Maintains technical expertise relevant to industry standards and in cloud computing and virtualization technologies such as: cloud service provider architecture, design, and configuration cloud deployment models including public, community, private, and hybrid cloud service delivery models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS automation hypervisors containers virtual compute storage and networks virtual infrastructure management, self-provisioning, and scaling Evaluates and reports on new cloud and virtualization technologies to enhance capabilities of cloud- based and virtualized services Qualifying Requirements: Must currently possess a U.S. Government issued, active Secret Level Security Clearance Certification/Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in cloud engineering or equivalent experience Powered by JazzHR
