For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Performance to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.This role will own the end-to-end performance operating system, helping shape how goals, reviews, calibration, and recognition programs come together across the organization. The position will partner closely with Total Rewards, people analytics, and business leaders to improve adoption, consistency, and data-driven decision-making. You will also help streamline workflows, improve process discipline, and ensure performance programs support broader talent and compensation outcomes in a fast-moving environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annuallyResponsibilities Own the execution of the full performance operating system, from goal-setting through performance reviews Administer and optimize performance platforms for effective usage across the organization Design and run recognition programs aimed at strengthening engagement and retention Facilitate calibration processes to support consistent performance ratings across managers and functions Collaborate with Total Rewards to align performance outcomes with compensation strategies Leverage people analytics tools to derive insights and support decision-making Develop playbooks and automate workflows to streamline performance cycle processes Serve as a point of contact for performance program questions and drive understanding and adoption across the organization Stay current on market practices and emerging approaches in performance managementQualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 6-8+ years of experience in program or performance management, preferably in tech Proven ownership of a complete performance or talent program lifecycle Working knowledge of talent planning concepts and their relationship to performance data Strong proficiency in people analytics and data storytelling, with dashboard creation capabilities Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience using AI tools for workflow optimization is an advantageBenefits Flexible work environment Opportunities for professional development and growth Collaborative team culture that values innovation Access to cutting-edge tools and technology innovations Strong focus on diversity and inclusion initiativesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
