You will oversee the development of blockchain components, enabling interoperable rewards and incentives for users. Your contributions will focus on creating on-chain systems for reward claiming, asset interoperability, and user engagement, providing seamless, interactive experiences for players and brands. At the core of this role is the integration of SUI, a Layer 1 blockchain designed for scalable and secure decentralized experiences. You will help build the foundation for reward claiming, AI-driven insights, and privacy-preserving data analytics. As the attention economy evolves, so do our priorities, making this a dynamic role where you will continuously tackle new challenges and shape the future of gaming ecosystems.About You: ⭐️3-5 years of experience in a professional environment working on blockchain technologies.Experience with Layer-1 blockchains, DeFi/Dapps, DAOs, and Web 3.0.Proficient in low-level programming languages, notably Rust.Strong foundational programming skills, able to build testable, maintainable, and long-term code.Skilled in building on-chain systems and integrating blockchain solutions into real-world applications.Experienced in building and deploying infrastructure in the cloud using AWS.You have a “can-do” attitude. Our teams create high-quality work on quick timelines. Owning a problem doesn’t scare you but empowers you to take full responsibility for achieving our mission.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities shift to meet new challenges Web3 and gaming innovation.Developer documentation and technical design docs are not just a chore but a means to communicate with the team and visualize how technologies should interact. You proactively contribute to existing technical documents and keep your own technical docs up to date.Passionate about Web3 and gaming.
