Sr. Program Manager

Sr. Program ManagerInsight Global is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to work in a hybrid role that will partially be onsite at our client's facility in either Houston (Spring), Texas or Austin, Texas. This position will driving one of this client's software products through the FedRAMP certification process.Responsibilities include:• Develop, maintain, and drive execution of an integrated FedRAMP program plan, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path tracking• Coordinate multiple concurrent FedRAMP workstreams across security, infrastructure, application, operations, and compliance teams• Coordinate SOW delivery with third-party partners (Coalfire, Amazon)• Act as the central point of coordination across internal HP stakeholders and external partners• Facilitate working sessions, readiness reviews, and issue resolution forums to ensure alignment and timely execution• Track progress against FedRAMP authorization requirements as applicable• Coordinate development and readiness of required artifacts• Support audit and assessment readiness activities• Provide regular program status updates summarizing progress, risks, dependencies, and decision needs• Prepare executive ready summaries for leadership reviews and governance forumsCompensation: $75.00 - $85.00/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, and education.
