General Manager 4 - Food

Role Overview Creating solutions for everything from dining and nutrition to facilities maintenance and rehabilitative services, Sodexo partners with government agencies and military organizations to improve people’s quality of life and make a positive impact. Sodexo Government is seeking a General Manager 4 to support the food operations located in Silver Spring, MD. The General Manager is responsible for food quality & customer service in a retail environment. Candidates should be passionate, highly motivated, and enjoy client and customer interaction. The General Manager will provide leadership and supervision to the on-site food service staff and oversee the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client. What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day dining operations; ensure that we provide high quality food service; implement Sodexo systems and programs, and oversee training of staff; continuously evaluates service to ensure client satisfaction; develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships; and ensure Sodexo Standards are met What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
