Product Owner

This role is with a leading technology solutions provider specializing in driving efficiency and innovation for businesses through advanced automation and artificial intelligence initiatives. They are dedicated to transforming operational processes and delivering measurable business value through cutting-edge product development.The Role Lead product ownership for high-impact teams focused on business process automation and rapid AI innovation. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape product roadmaps, and prioritize delivery. Drive the intake, prioritization, and delivery lifecycle for automation requests using platforms like Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate. Manage a rapid experimentation model for AI-based proof-of-concepts, focusing on Generative AI, AI Agents, and Machine Learning. Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Data teams to scale successful prototypes into enterprise solutions. Provide regular status updates and presentations to business and technology leadership, facilitating steering committees and reviews.What You'll Need 9+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis. Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product backlogs. Experience managing Agile and Kanban delivery teams for continuous value delivery. Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver process automation solutions and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
