Travel RN - Med/Surg Tele

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Med/Surg Tele position with oncology experience at a Level I Trauma Center, requiring prior travel experience and a TN or compact RN license.Job Details• Short-term acute care setting at a Level I Trauma Center,• Med/Surg Telemetry unit with oncology patient population,• Patient ratio of 1:6-7,• Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (7:00-19:00), with 48-hour or 36-hour weekly options available,• On-call required as needed,• Weekend shifts required as needed; weekend block scheduling may be considered,• Floating between like units and campuses within 20 miles may occur, though cross-campus floating is rare,• Cerner EMR experience preferred,• 13-week contract,Job Requirements• Active RN license - TN state license or NLC Compact license required; no pending licensure accepted,• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; 3+ years preferred,• Med/Surg oncology experience required,• Level I Trauma Center experience required,• Large hospital experience required,• At least one completed prior travel assignment required; first-time travelers are not eligible,• ADN or higher required (BSN not required for this position),• Driver's License required for consideration,• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application,Additional Information• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted,• Former permanent employees or internal associate travelers must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible to return as a traveler,• If Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's fall within the assignment period, candidates must be willing to work at least 2 of the 3 holidays; if only 2 fall within the assignment, at least 1 must be worked,
