Position OverviewEnterprise Reporting and Analytics is a key driver of Rugs USA's success and integral to growing sales and profitability. As the Manager of Enterprise Reporting and Analytics you will play a pivotal role in developing a holistic picture of the business performance. This role will have broad exposure and an opportunity to forge the new reporting and analytics capabilities for Rugs USA. Essential Job FunctionsOwn the enterprise reporting functions and capabilities for the organization.Provide regular weekly and monthly updates to partners on business sales performanceAbility to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations to drive growth and performanceIncorporate new data sources into existing reporting infrastructureManage and update data architecture in reporting tools; including managing and updating the code base for data ingestion and organizationFoster working relationship with IT department on opportunities to enhance reporting and proactively adjust reporting for ongoing IT infrastructure updatesCollaborate cross functionally to develop reporting capabilities to support different functions including, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and Channel teamsProvide analytical support to key initiatives on the impact to the overall business by channel and brandWork with partners to create new dashboards and visualizations to support ongoing corporate goalsTroubleshoot any issues with reporting and implement fixes to keep reporting up and running You HaveBachelor degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or related field; Advanced degree a plus4 to 6 years experience working in a retail or ecommerce businessExperience with Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI requiredExperience with SQL, Python, or RExcellent data analysis and analytical skills and comfort analyzing very large data setsPrior experience creating forecasts is a plusExpert using Microsoft Excel Your Life and Career at RugsUSAA culture that promotes a healthy work/life balanceBenefits package offered to all eligible full-time employees (including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)Exposure to career advancement opportunities across all departmentsGenerous employee discount that can be used across our house of brands!
