Development ProfessionalMount Sinai Health System seeks an exceptional development professional to assist with its annual giving program to raise funds for the Health System.This role operates within a hybrid work model, with on-site expectations established in alignment with departmental priorities and evolving organizational guidelines. Employees must reside within a commutable distance of the 42nd Street Midtown NYC office. The role may also require occasional evening or weekend hours.Cover Letter RequiredResponsibilities(in order of importance and/or frequency)Support the Office of Development's comprehensive annual gifts program to raise funds for the Mount Sinai Health System.Solicit donors on a monthly basis to prevent from lapsing through the LYBNUT programo Outreach will be done via phone, email, and personal mailWork to upgrade annual giving donors through personal outreach and solicitations of donors who give between $1,000 and $25,000 annuallyo Outreach will be done via phone, email, and personal mailGrow revenue and number of participants in the Peer to Peer Giving Program through managing a portfolio of event and tribute organizers, as well as proactive marketing effortsWork to increase number of monthly annual giving donorso Outreach will be done via phone, email, and personal mailManage and grow other revenue-based programs including but not limited to cause marketing and employee givingField and respond to donor phone and email inquiriesAnalyze reports to help inform strategyRaisers Edge Prospect/Portfolio Management: Update and maintain all moves management information related to managed portfolios as well as prospect base including entering contact reports, entering future/anticipated actions, maintaining all data/coding related to the several reports most frequently used in tracking and measuring donor moves management.Foster positive relationships and build trust with development staffFoster positive and professional working relationships with all staffOther duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelors degree.3 years work experience, preferably working in an office setting, in development, public relations or marketing.
