This positionreports to a Level 5 RF Engineering Mgr. You willmanage, mentor and guide a team of engineerswith diverse backgrounds and encourageinnovation and technical leadership across the F-22 Communication Navigation and Identification(CNI) Hardware Integrated Product Team (IPT).The F-22 CNI Hardware RF Engineering AssociateManager candidate will have the followingResponsibilities Manages the research, design, development,and testing of a variety of electronic equipmentand systems in the CNI Avionics Suite. Practice effective project management problemresolution and risk management techniques. Interpretation of customer requirements,creation of system and equipment levelrequirements, and development of statements of work, implementation, test, integration, andclosure. Coordination with multiple stakeholdersincluding suppliers, various Lockheed Martingroups and customers to develop effectiveproposals. Allocation of direct report work assignments byleveraging their skills and long-term goals. Follow Lockheed Martin’s Performance reviewprocess by setting clear expectations,providing/receiving focused feedback,performing salary discussions and encouragingrecognition. Actively support recruiting events to attracthighly skilled workforce and develop employeedevelopment plans leveraging Lockheed Martin’swide training programs. Understand Earned Value principals to monitorand track throughout project/contract lifecycles.
