This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, continuous learning, and developing advanced machine operation skills.No experience? No problem! On-the-job training will be providedKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and set up bending equipment, with training provided on full bender operation and part validation/inspectionPerform production work involving tube bending and forming processesTrain on and operate flare machines (orbital and ram form), trim saws, and cold sawsPerform deburring, cleaning, and other finishing tasksFollow quality standards and maintain accurate inspections of partsMaintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe work environment QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailBasic math skills required; basic geometry knowledge is helpfulAbility to lift up to 50 lbsGood spatial awareness and safety mindsetMotivated to learn and grow into full production capabilities Work ScheduleBender Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMNormal Production Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM What We OfferHands-on training with opportunities to advance skillsStable, full-time work environmentA team-oriented shop that values initiative and reliability
