Test Engineer (LabView)

The Ranger Group, a leading US Engineering Solutions provider to companies across the Aerospace & Defense, Medical Device, Electronics and Industrial Manufacturing industries, is currently seeking a LabView Test Engineer with HIL/SIL experience for a project with a large Aerospace client in the Chicago area. The work will need to be completed 100% onsite with an initial expected project duration of 12 months but could go longer depending on consultant performance and changes in scope of work.Requirements:Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related field5+ Years experience LabView Test Development experienceReal-time systems experience: hands-on experience with test stands, HIL/SIL systems, or real-time control environmentsTool integration knowledge: good experience and understanding of Simulink, VeriStand, LabVIEW, and real-time targets in a test frameworkVerification and acceptance testing: good experience of acceptance test cases with clear pass/fail criteriaTroubleshooting ability: Signal mapping, timing, configuration, calibration, and communications
