Technical Lead - OEE Implementation

Familiarity with the manufacturing systems landscape (MES, data historians, IoT, enterprise integrations) is a plus. Must Haves 4–7 years of experience as the Technical Lead leading OEE implementation projects 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry Experience implementing solutions in a GxP-regulated environment Lead end-to-end Technical digital OEE implementation, including collaborating on solution design with the vendor, integration, and deployment Provide strong expertise in OEE concepts, metrics, and manufacturing performance improvement Design and manage technical architecture aligned with cloud platforms such as AWS and enterprise infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams Drive integration with MES, IoT devices, data historians, and enterprise systems Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, architecture, and runbooks Ensure compliance with IT standards, security, and data governance requirements Support system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for configuration, delivery, and issue resolution Identify risks, dependencies, and lead mitigation to ensure successful implementation #J-18808-Ljbffr
