About the job Physical Therapist Center Director | ModestoPhysical TherapistLocation: Modesto, CA.Job type: Full-time, outpatient clinic (adult).Shift: Full time, part time, PRN, flexible.Responsibilities:Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical limitations or impairments.Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitationWork directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recoveryEducate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progressMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any changes in status.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.12 - 14 patients/day ( 1 pt every 30 mins).Management of PTA & aides, 1- 2 at most.Benefit of leadership skills without additional administrative responsibilities.Qualifications: Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.DPT in Physical Therapy or related field (preferred)NEW GRADS WELCOME.Current CPR certification (preferred)Experience with electronic medical records preferred.Ability to handle physical workloadKnowledge of the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.Strong commitment to ethical and professional standards in healthcare.Benefits: 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time off ( 40 hours sick, annual).Vision insurancePaid Vacation.Potential relocation & sign on bonus.CEU reimbursement, $1,000 annually.Medbridge account, license renewal.Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN.Pay: $105 - 130K annually; PRN $50 - 70 per hour.Expected hours: > 30 is considered full-time.Healthcare setting: Outpatient, ancillary.License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required)Ability to Commute: Modesto, CA (Preferred)
