Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Forney, TX, for a Customer Retention Manager. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention, analyzing customer feedback to identify trends, and enhancing client satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met to provide a positive customer experience.
