Job Description HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN LANCASTER, TX Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Lancaster, Texas. This individual will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, replenishing inventory, moving pallets and totes throughout the warehouse, and supporting general warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior sit-down forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production-focused environment. Apply online and kickstart your career today!Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $16.00/hour (Increase to $17.50/hour after three months)Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision1st shift schedule, Monday through FridayLocated in Lancaster, TXDuties and Responsibilities Load and unload trucks using sit-down forkliftsReplenish inventory and double-stack large totes containing seed productsMove pallets and totes to inbound and outbound warehouse locationsAssist with picking and replenishment tasks requiring attention to detailSupport general labor duties including lifting and moving 50 lb seed bagsFlip and stage seed bags for loading operationsMaintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracyAssist with additional job assignments as neededFollow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelinesRequirements and Qualifications 1–2 years of forklift experience requiredExperience operating LP and gas tank Raymond sit-down forklifts preferredAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistentlyStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environmentSteel-toe shoes requiredReliable attendance and transportation required-- (Salary range based on experience) -- ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Do you need your next job fast?
