About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Telecommunications BIM Designer to support complex industrial, semiconductor, and advanced facility projects. This role is responsible for developing and managing coordinated 3D BIM models and construction drawings for telecommunications systems.You will work closely with telecom discipline leads and multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce clash-free, constructable design deliverables aligned with client and industry standards.Pay: $45.00- $61.00 per hour DOEKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage Revit BIM models for telecom systemsProduce coordinated 3D models and 2D construction drawingsCollaborate with engineers, architects, and other BIM leadsEnsure compliance with client modeling standards and design specificationsPerform clash detection using NavisworksInterpret wiring/cabling layouts and telecom system connectionsEstimate modeling/design hours based on markups and directionRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent8+ years of Revit BIM design experience4+ years of telecommunications systems design experienceProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BluebeamUnderstanding of codes, standards, and construction specificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications6+ years of Revit MEP experienceKnowledge of TIA standardsExperience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilitiesExperience with paging, AV, DAS, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systemsUnderstanding of network topology and control systems#BIMDesigner#Telecommunications#Revit#Navisworks#StructuredCabling#Semiconductor#DataCenterDesign#EngineeringCareers#Infrastructure#3DModeling#LI-AF1
