This role is part-time (15-20 hours per week) and ideal for a seasoned developer who is highly proficient in SPFx and Power Platform/PowerApp/PowerBI technologies. The candidate will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to design and deliver scalable SharePoint solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the SharePoint team and developers by serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for SharePoint and Power Platform, in addition to delivering on assigned project work.Provide guidance and support to Strategic Delivery Manages and SharePoint Developer as needed.Additional Ad Hoc ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SPFxBuild and automate processes using Power Apps and Power AutomateCreate responsive, user-friendly SharePoint pages, components, and web partsIntegrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services as neededTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint technical issues, configuration challenges, and performance concernsPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure solutions follow best practices for governance, security, accessibility, and maintainabilityDocument technical designs, workflows, and solution architectureRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a SharePoint DeveloperStrong experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx development (React, TypeScript, Node.js)Hands-on experience building solutions with Power AppsExperience creating automated workflows with Power AutomateExperience implementing data visualizations with PowerBIStrong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, lists/libraries, and site collectionsExperience with Angular, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and integrating SharePoint with other M365 toolsAbility to work independently in a part-time capacity and deliver high-quality resultsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Azure Functions or other Azure servicesExperience supporting enterprise-level SharePoint environmentsWork SchedulePart-time: 15-20 hours per weekThe likely salary range for this position is $0 - $0.
