Instructional Designer

Job Overview:Our client is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer from Utilities and Energy industry to support a growing energy client by designing and updating engaging e-learning content and training materials. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, with expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise , and a strong focus on compliance and regulatory standards.This is a hybrid role based in Carmel, IN , with 3 days onsite per week . If you're a creative, detail-oriented instructional designer with a passion for developing impactful learning experiences, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Update and enhance existing e-learning modules for improved engagement and effectiveness.Design and develop new training materials , including interactive e-learnings, video tutorials, in-person training content, job aids, and infographics.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with learning objectives.Apply ADDIE and L&D best practices to create high-quality instructional content.Ensure all training materials meet compliance and regulatory requirements .Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible learning content .Required Qualifications:3–4 years of experience in instructional design or content development.Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Experience designing compliance-focused training materials.Bachelor's degree in a related field.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in learning design, e-learning development, or related fields.Application Requirements:Work samples (portfolio link) demonstrating expertise in compliance training, e-learning design, and L&D best practices.
